Sorry I have to reply here, my iternet connection is broken and times out when I try to send notes.

I used quick fuse for snapes eyes, I draw them out it photoshop and print them. I'm not sure where to find glasses, you could check "build a bear" although I have no idea what size they would be

You can add the ears into the seams when you sew the head together, or attatch them after with hidden stitch.

I don't know about hair there is so many ways to put on hair and lots of different material to use, making a tutorial for it would take alot of time, and I don't have much of that.
